Corporate Finance Accountants
A corporate finance accountant advises very large organisations and businesses to develop and pursue strategic and transactional objectives in a bid to encourage business growth or maximise profit. Most corporate finance accountants focus on four key areas:
- advising private equity
- corporate restructuring
- mergers and acquisitions
- structuring and raising debt
However, they can also offer guidance in areas such as external financing, capital allocation, financial risk and capital structure.
